The co-founder of the process of IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) has died:

British Nobel laureate and IVF pioneer Robert Edwards dies at age 87

The research in the field of Assisted Reproduction continues to grow.  Now IVF is much more successful, “More than 5 million babies have been born as a result of the in vitro fertilization techniques that Edwards helped develop.”  Due to the continued advancements in technology IVF is becoming a viable option for pro-life women due to the success of single embryo transfers and the opportunity to freeze unused eggs for later fertilization.

What are your thoughts on IVF?
